In addition to her strong customer orientation, Carol brings both strategic and operational depth of experience - having held executive leadership positions within industry leaders such as Adobe, SAP, Irdeto, and Finastra, as well as numerous technology innovators.
Carol also knows the value of listening to customers and employees to uncover the hidden insights that help create and deliver high-value adoption, retention, and expansion programs. She builds relationships and bridges the gap between business and technology to help solve business problems.
Carol earned her undergraduate degree from York University, Toronto and has completed numerous executive management programs covering strategy, operations, finance and customer experience.
