Key Responsilbities:

  • Manage client deliverables
  • Manage client relationships
  • Apply your sales and marketing skills to support client success strategies
  • Help solve client problems and manage financial aspects of contracts
  • Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms and identify where scope creep may be a concern for all parties
  • Assist with a wide range of administrative functions as needed (this is where we all roll up our sleeves to help get to end of job for clients in true start up fashion)

Qualifications:

  • University degree with a GPA you’re excited to tell us about
  • 3-5 years’ experience in client relationship management roles, which you love doing!
  • Applicable experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in project coordination and management
  • Experience working in the FinTech space or with start-ups is an asset
  • Able to work in a mobile fashion including - office, clients’ office, working from home etc.
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Some evening and weekend work required, as well as attendance and participation at special events
