- Manage client deliverables
- Manage client relationships
- Apply your sales and marketing skills to support client success strategies
- Helping solve client problems and managing financial aspects of contracts
- Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms
- Assist with a wide range of administrative functions as needed (this is where we all roll up our sleeves to help get to end of job for clients in true start up fashion)
University degree with a GPA you’re excited to tell us about
3-5 years’ experience in client relationship management roles Applicable experience in Sales and Marketing
Knowledge of project management
Experience working in the FinTech space or with start-ups is an asset
Able to work in a mobile fashion including - working from home, office, clients’ office, etc. Eligible to work in Canada
Some evening and weekend work required, as well as attendance and participation at special events
